Kerry Boyle
Kerry is a highly experienced commercial and regulatory lawyer and advises companies and institutions on a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements as well as FSA regulatory matters.
A Liverpool University graduate, Kerry trained at Berrymans Lace Mawer in Liverpool before joining the in-house legal department of Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance plc, where she spent 9 years handling commercial agreements and insurance regulatory work. Moving to Leeds, she became an Associate in the commercial services department of national law firm Eversheds, before joining O'Connors LLP over four years ago.
Kerry has a keen interest in genealogy. Paul and Mark convinced themselves this meant she was naturally drawn to geniuses. As she is still at O'Connors, it can't be that. Perhaps she is allergic to lamps.
