John is an experienced corporate finance lawyer with a strong background in domestic & international private & public corporate transactions. Armed with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Liverpool, John qualified as a solicitor via DLA Piper in Liverpool before moving to Fox Brooks Marshall in Manchester, which subsequently merged with Cobbetts, and then on to O'Connors LLP. He has worked on a significant number of high profile AIM admissions and high value corporate transactions and has a strong commercial head.

Wirral born and bred and a life-long petrol-head, John returned to his home city and to his beloved Reds.
