Mark is one of the region's leading corporate and commercial strategists with extensive experience of mergers & acquisitions, public markets, corporate strategy and corporate finance. He has special expertise in the creation of regional investment funds and the structuring of major commercial agreements, joint ventures and public-private projects. Prior to co-founding O'Connors LLP in 2003, Mark was Head of Corporate at North West law firm DWF. 

A keen Liverpool fan, Mark set about creating his own football team - stopping at seven children due to the seating capacity of his people-carrier.
